Job description
Educato Recruitment is looking for confident, patient and resilient Behaviour Support Assistants to work within secondary SEMH settings across Greater Manchester.
This role would suit someone who understands that behaviour is often a form of communication and can remain calm, consistent and supportive when working with young people who may struggle to regulate their emotions or engage with education.

We're particularly interested in people with experience in SEMH, alternative provision, behaviour support, youth work or similar settings.
What we're looking for:
- Experience supporting young people with behavioural, emotional or additional needs
- Confidence using positive behaviour strategies and de-escalation techniques
- A calm, consistent and approachable manner

- Full-time and long-term opportunities
- Competitive daily rates
- Ongoing support from a team that understands education
- Opportunities to develop experience within specialist settings
