No previous school experience is required. What matters most is your attitude, empathy and willingness to support young people to achieve their potential. • Supporting students with additional learning needs in lessons
• Working 1:1 and with small groups
• Building positive, consistent relationships with young people
• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff and the SEND team
