Daily Duties
• Support students with SEMH needs
• Build positive relationships and trust
• Promote emotional regulation
• Deliver targeted interventions
• Support classroom learning
• Help implement behaviour strategies
• Work closely with pastoral staff
• Encourage positive engagement

• Previous SEMH experience is essential
• Behaviour management experience
• Youth work experience is advantageous
