You will take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated. The role will focus on Key Stage 2, working closely with the wider school team to support pupil progress and development.,

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging KS2 lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs, working closely with the SENCO and support staff.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Uphold the school's behaviour policy and promote positive behaviour for learning.
• Fulfil all professional responsibilities in line with the Teachers' Standards.
  
  Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Has experience teaching in a UK primary school setting (placements accepted for ECTs).
• Strong knowledge of the KS2 Primary National Curriculum.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passionate, flexible, and committed to raising attainment.
• Has the right to work in the UK and is available full-time.
Desirable (but not essential)
• Previous experience teaching across KS2
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN
• Strong subject knowledge in core subjects
• Experience working within a long-term primary school role
