You will take responsibility for planning, delivering, and assessing engaging lessons in line with the Primary National Curriculum, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated. The role will focus on Key Stage 1, supporting pupils with their academic, social and emotional development.,

• Plan and deliver creative, engaging KS1 lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, adapting teaching where required.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
• Support pupils with additional needs, working closely with the SENCO and support staff.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
• Uphold the school's behaviour policy and promote positive behaviour for learning.
• Fulfil all professional responsibilities in line with the Teachers' Standards.
  
  Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
• Has experience teaching in a UK primary school setting (placements accepted for ECTs).
• Strong knowledge of the KS1 Primary National Curriculum.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Passionate, flexible, and committed to raising attainment.
• Has the right to work in the UK and is available full-time.
Desirable (but not essential)
• Previous experience teaching across KS1
• Experience supporting pupils with SEN
• Strong subject knowledge in core subjects
• Experience working within a long-term primary school role
