No previous school experience needed You don't need classroom experience to apply for these roles. Schools are looking for individuals who are patient, empathetic, resilient, and passionate about supporting young people. If you're willing to learn and can build positive relationships, we can help you develop the rest. You'll receive ongoing support, guidance, and access to training before and during your placement. What the role could involve

• Supporting students with SEN, including autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs
• Working on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
• Helping pupils build confidence, communication, and emotional regulation skills
• Supporting behaviour in a calm and consistent manner
• Assisting teachers and SEN staff within the classroom
• Creating a positive and supportive learning environment

• Full-time opportunities available from September
• Weekly PAYE pay from £100 per day
