• Delivering lessons using pre-prepared materials

• Managing behaviour calmly and consistently
• Following school expectations and routines
• Providing feedback to teaching staff

We're working with a number of well-regarded secondary schools across Winchester and the surrounding areas, looking for confident, adaptable individuals to take on Cover Supervisor roles. No classroom experience? Not a problem., You don't need experience in schools - just the ability to communicate clearly and take the lead.
