What you'll be doing You'll be stepping into classrooms to ensure learning continues when teachers are absent. Your role will include:

• Delivering structured lessons using pre-set materials
• Keeping students engaged, focused, and on task
• Managing behaviour in a calm, consistent way
• Following school systems and expectations
• Feeding back to teaching staff after lessons
