Education ⫽ SEN Teaching Assistant Jobs

We are currently recruiting for a compassionate and dedicated EYFS SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Urmston. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children with additional needs in a nurturing and rewarding educational setting. The successful candidate will work closely with teaching staff to provide tailored support for pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping children to develop key social, emotional, and learning skills through structured and play-based activities.,

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Support the delivery of engaging EYFS learning activities
• Encourage communication, independence, and positive behaviour
• Assist children with additional learning and emotional needs
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and outside professionals
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Support with personal care where required
  
  Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within an EYFS setting
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of autism, speech and language needs, or complex needs is beneficial
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications are desirable but not essential
  
  Competitive daily pay of £102 - £115 per day
