Full Job Description

  • Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
  • Assist in delivering tailored learning plans and interventions
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Collaborate with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support individual progress
  • Monitor and report on student development and emotional wellbeing

    A relevant TA qualification (Level 2 or 3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning), or equivalent experience
  • A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
  • A patient, flexible, and empathetic approach to individual learning needs
    • Commitment to Safeguarding Safeguarding is our highest priority. All applicants must hold (or be willing to apply for) an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS.
