Full Job Description
We'll provide training, support, and opportunities to gain classroom experience before you start. What you'll be doing
- Supporting students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, autism, and ADHD
- Helping pupils engage with learning and classroom activities
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Building trusted relationships with students
- Working alongside teachers and SEN professionals
