- Stepping into the classroom when teachers are absent and ensuring students remain on task
- Delivering pre-planned lessons (no planning or marking required!)
- Supporting students' learning and behaviour, maintaining a positive environment
- Adapting to a variety of subjects with confidence and enthusiasm
