Education ⫽ SEN Support Jobs

The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and experienced support staff to provide tailored support to pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop both academically and socially within a supportive classroom environment. Key responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN.
• Supporting pupils with additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, communication needs, and social, emotional, and mental health needs.
• Supporting classroom learning and helping pupils engage with activities.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and encouraging confidence and independence.
• Assisting with the delivery of personalised learning activities and interventions.
• Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies.
• Working collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

The successful applicant will:
