Education ⫽ SEN Support Jobs

This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them access education while providing personal care and promoting their independence, dignity, and wellbeing throughout the school day. • Provide high-quality personal care, including toileting, changing, and hygiene support.
• Support pupils with daily routines and encourage independence where appropriate.
• Assist students in lessons and around the school environment.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
• Help create a safe, calm, and inclusive learning environment.
• Follow EHCPs and individual care plans to meet each pupil's needs.
We're Looking For Someone Who
• Has experience supporting children or young people with SEN, care needs, or disabilities.
• Is confident providing personal care with dignity and compassion.
• Is patient, resilient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Works well as part of a team while using their own initiative.
• Holds an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or is willing to obtain one.
