• Provide one-to-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)
• Assist students in developing essential academic and life skills, such as organisation, time management, and study techniques
• Collaborate with teachers to implement personalised learning plans and adapt teaching methods to cater to individual student needs
• Maintain clear and accurate records of student progress, behaviour, and any concerns that arise
• Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that enables students to thrive
• Participate in regular training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
  
  Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of different learning styles and strategies to support students with SEND
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to support the academic and personal growth of young learners
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond effectively to the diverse needs of the students
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development
