As a Student Cover Supervisor, you will supervise lessons during teacher absences and help ensure students remain focused and engaged throughout the school day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising classes using pre-set lesson work
• Managing classroom behaviour positively and professionally
• Supporting students to stay on task and complete activities
• Following school behaviour and safeguarding procedures
• Creating a calm and productive classroom environment
• Providing lesson feedback to teaching staff
  
  We're currently working with a number of supportive secondary schools across Fleet who are looking for confident and reliable Student Cover Supervisors to join them on a flexible basis.
This opportunity is perfect for university students, graduates, or individuals looking to gain valuable experience working with young people while fitting work around their studies or other commitments.
