As a Student Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and help ensure lessons continue smoothly. Responsibilities include:

• Supervising lessons using pre-prepared work
• Keeping students focused, engaged, and on task
• Managing classroom behaviour professionally and calmly
• Supporting a positive and respectful learning environment
• Following school safeguarding and behaviour procedures
• Providing feedback to staff following lessons
