Education ⫽ SEN Support Jobs

A supportive and inclusive primary school in Sefton is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with additional needs and make a real difference to their educational journey., As an SEN LSA, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to support pupils with a range of additional needs. This may include working 1:1 with a child or supporting small groups, helping to ensure all pupils can access learning in a positive and engaging environment.,

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
• Assist in delivering tailored interventions and activities
• Support pupils with needs such as ASD, ADHD, and SEMH
• Help manage behaviour and promote positive learning attitudes
• Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and external professionals
  
  Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A proactive and flexible attitude
• A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
  
  Competitive daily rate of £102 - £115
• Consistent full-time hours (8:30am - 3:30pm)
