• Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Day Centre
• Plan and deliver structured, person-centred activities that promote life skills, independence, and wellbeing
• Support individuals to achieve outcomes aligned with their care and support plans
• Work collaboratively with families, carers, social workers, and therapists
• Provide guidance and support to support workers and volunteers
• Deputise for the Day Centre Manager when required

Minimum 2 years' experience working with individuals with SEN (school or similar setting), HLTA qualification or equivalent, Strong experience in planning structured activities or learning programmes, Excellent communication skills across a range of audiences, A genuine commitment to inclusive person-centred practice, Experience in adult social care day services or supported living, Training in autism positive behaviour support, Knowledge of the relevant legal frameworks (Care Act 2014 MCA 2005)
