We are a specialist care provider based in Manchester, supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs across residential, outreach, and day service settings. - Coordinate the day-to-day running of the Day Centre
- Plan and deliver structured, person-centred activities that promote life skills, independence, and wellbeing
- Support individuals to achieve outcomes aligned with their care and support plans
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, social workers, and therapists
- Provide guidance and support to support workers and volunteers

Minimum 2 years' experience working with individuals with SEN (school or similar setting), HLTA qualification or equivalent, Strong experience in planning structured activities or learning programmes, Excellent communication skills across a range of audiences, A genuine commitment to inclusive person-centred practice, Experience in adult social care day services or supported living, Training in autism positive behaviour support, Knowledge of the relevant legal frameworks (Care Act 2014 MCA 2005)
