As a SEND Behaviour Mentor, you will have the opportunity to work closely with students, providing tailored support and guidance to help them navigate the challenges they face.   • Provide personalised behaviour support and intervention to students with SEND
  • Develop and implement tailored behaviour management plans to address individual needs
  • Foster positive relationships and trust with students, and their families/carers
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure a cohesive approach to student support
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behaviour support strategies
  • Participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities

    Relevant qualification in SEND, Behaviour Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working as a SEND Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role
  • Demonstrated success in implementing effective behaviour support strategies
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and their families
  • Commitment to promoting inclusive and equitable learning environments
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
