Full Job Description
Keys Inclusion Pathway is seeking teachers/tutors to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs, supporting them to re-engage with education and achieve their potential. This role involves primarily face-to-face tuition in students' homes, with some opportunities for remote delivery where appropriate. The Role Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner's needs Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make progress Build positive, trusting relationships that promote engagement and wellbeing Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety at all times Working Pattern - Starting September 2026!
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30am - 17:00pm
- This is a term time position, working 40 weeks per year (39+1)
QTS or QTLS (Preferred but not essential) - One year of experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
- Experience in delivering UK Curriculum
- A compassionate, child-centred and trauma-informed approach
- Full UK driving licence
