This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of schools and communities, delivering evidence-based interventions and supporting children and families with mild to moderate mental health difficulties such as anxiety, low mood, and behavioural challenges. You'll be part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team committed to early intervention and improving outcomes for young people. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, compassionate, and committed to improving young people's mental health. You will: Carry out high-quality mental health assessments for children and young people referred to the service. Deliver CBT-informed interventions, individually and in groups, tailored to assessed needs. Provide consultation and advice to education staff and other professionals to support whole-school approaches to mental health. Manage a defined caseload effectively, ensuring timely care planning and delivery. Offer clinical supervision and mentorship to colleagues and trainees. Monitor outcomes using Routine Outcome Measures (ROM) and engage in clinical review where necessary. Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team and liaise with external agencies to ensure coordinated care.
