Full Job Description

We are recruiting an Education Information Officer to lead the development of Cumberland's Education offer, SEND Local Offer and Local Inclusion & SEND Offer (LISO). This is a critical role at the centre of improving transparency, accessibility and trust across the Education and SEND system.

High-quality, accessible information is essential for families and professionals to make informed decisions. You will play a central role in ensuring our Education and SEND information is accurate, co-produced and meets statutory requirements-directly supporting better experiences and outcomes.

What you'll be doing

+ Leading the development and ongoing improvement of the Education Offer, Local Offer and LISO
+ Ensuring all information is accurate, accessible and compliant with statutory guidance
+ Establishing governance and quality assurance processes for content
+ Coordinating co-production with children, young people, families and partners
+ Monitoring usage data and feedback to continuously improve information
+ Working across education, health, social care and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging, + Those who consider themselves disabled as defined by the Equality Act 2010
+ Those in care or who have left care and are aged 24 and under
+ Those who identify as a member of the British Armed Forces community (service leavers, veterans, their partners or spouses, reservists, cadets).
