Full Job Description
Reporting to the Group Education Director, you will lead the educational support and quality assurance functions across our Junior Schools.
The role is responsible for leading and supporting the quality assurance and strategic development of Junior School provision across NLCS International schools. This includes evaluating teaching, learning, safeguarding, and pastoral care to ensure alignment with NLCS standards and international best practice, while fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity and a love of learning.
The postholder builds strong relationships with school leaders, providing ongoing guidance on leadership, staffing, and school improvement, and contributing to appraisal, recruitment, and inspection readiness. They also support the development of new schools, advising on curriculum design, planning, and operational setup, while working closely with senior leadership to ensure consistency and excellence across the group.
This is a highly influential role that requires strong educational leadership experience, sound judgement, and the ability to work positively and effectively with colleagues across cultures and contexts.
