Full Job Description
In joining the team, you will find a creative and supportive culture within a school that is hugely aspirational. We place great importance on positive relationships, teamwork and a 'can do attitude'. We believe that we are at the cutting edge and, with exciting challenges ahead, this is a brilliant time to join the school. We offer a generous pension scheme, staff discounts available through the school, travel to work and cycle to work schemes, gym membership, CPD opportunities and more.
Join our Crisis Management Team and help change the story for Children in Care across Brighton & Hove. As an Education Caseworker & Advocate, you'll be at the forefront of city-wide work to tackle exclusion, challenge barriers to education and prevent vulnerable young people from falling through the gaps. Based at Patcham High School, you'll work across secondary schools, responding to crisis, challenging the status quo and bringing schools and professionals together to find creative, inclusive solutions that keep young people engaged in education. This is a dynamic, relationship-driven role for someone who isn't afraid to challenge, act quickly and champion a young person's right to succeed. If you're passionate about making education work for every child and want to be part of a team driving meaningful change, we'd love you to join us.
