Education Administrator

The post holder will provide a first point of contact service for all Trust staff relating to ESR, including queries related to eLearning and course bookings. They will also be the first point of contact for Subject Matter Experts to create courses within ESR. The post holder will be required to understand mandatory training requirements and offer advice to staff. Providing a first-contact troubleshooting service for problems within the teaching, training, and meeting rooms within Field House Education Centre, the post holder will refer issues to appropriate staff where this is necessary. The role requires the undertaking of opening up, room setup, and closing down routines and is responsible for a range of tasks involved in maintaining the general operation of the centre. To undertake a wide range of administrative tasks to support the wider functions of the department. There is also a requirement to have a good working knowledge of the reception service to cross cover where required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Education Service, as part of the Business Development and Governance Team at Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The post holder will support the Mandatory Training Team to provide a range of administrative functions primarily focused on the Electronic Staff Record (ESR)system used within the Trust.
