ECT Teacher

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join a supportive school in Littleborough. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their teaching career who is eager to learn, gain hands-on experience, and fully immerse themselves in school life. About the Role: You will be teaching a diverse group of pupils with a range of abilities and needs. This role is ideal for an ECT who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in from day one. You'll be supported by an experienced team, but a proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative are essential.,

• Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
• Support pupils with varying learning needs
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff
• Contribute to the wider school community
  
  ECT status (or due to qualify)
• Previous experience working with children (placements, support roles, or similar)
• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Willingness to get involved and take on new challenges
• Good organisational and communication skills, We want someone who is ready to get stuck in, bring energy to the classroom, and make a real contribution to the school. This role will suit an ECT who is proactive, adaptable, and keen to develop their skills quickly in a hands-on environment.
