Full Job Description
This is an opportunity for an experienced Subscription & Retention Specialist to join a well-known health and nutrition brand based in Nottingham. As the business continues to scale, they are looking for a commercially driven individual to take ownership of their subscription offering and drive recurring revenue growth. This is a key role within the business, sitting at the heart of customer strategy. You'll be responsible for the full subscriber lifecycle and turning first-time buyers into loyal, long-term customers through a blend of data-led decision making and seamless customer experience.,
- Subscription strategy & growth - Own and deliver the end-to-end subscription roadmap, driving acquisition, retention and lifetime value
- Campaign planning & execution - Lead subscription-focused campaigns, working closely with the wider marketing team to deliver cohesive, high-impact activity across all digital channels
- Customer lifecycle management - Analyse and optimise the full customer journey, from acquisition through to retention and win-back, implementing strategies to reduce churn
- Conversion optimisation - Identify friction points across the website and user journey, implementing improvements to increase conversion rates
- Data & insight - Use performance data and customer insights to inform strategy, identify opportunities and continuously improve results
- Commercial reporting - Deliver regular analysis and performance updates to senior stakeholders, using key metrics to guide trading decisions and maximise ROI
This opportunity would suit an experienced eCommerce or digital marketing professional with a strong background in growing a subscription-based product or channel with an eye on customer retention. You will have a strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing, with experience optimising conversion and retention across digital platforms. You will alsoe be confident interpreting data and turning insights into actionable strategies for multi-channel marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms and subscription tools such as Shopify and Recharge would also be advantageous and experience within health, wellness or nutrition
