Working closely with Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams, you'll ensure products are easy to find, accurately presented and aligned
with trading priorities, helping to drive sales, improve performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Manage online product placement, ensuring products are accurately categorised, attributed and visible across relevant pages and filters. Optimise site navigation, category structures and search functionality to help customers quickly find the products they need. Monitor stock levels and work with Merchandising teams to proactively manage overstock and understock risks online. Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams to align product presentation with business priorities and campaign activity. Maintain and enhance product data, categories and search settings to support effective merchandising and a seamless customer journey. Analyse website performance and customer behaviour, using insights to drive improvements in key Ecommerce KPIs. Implement trading actions and react quickly to emerging opportunities to maximise sales and conversion. Continuously
identify, test and deliver website enhancements that improve the customer experience and overall commercial performance.We're looking for someone who Has experience in online merchandising, Ecommerce or retail data analysis, with a strong understanding of how customers shop online. Understands how navigation, search, filtering and product merchandising influence the customer journey and purchasing decisions. Is highly analytical and confident using data and insights to identify opportunities and drive performance improvements. Has strong Excel skills and experience using web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Can manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, ensuring products, categories and website content are accurate and optimised. Has strong commercial awareness and can confidently prioritise activities that will deliver the greatest business impact., Builds

effective relationships with stakeholders across Ecommerce, Buying, Merchandising and Marketing teams, Is proactive, self-motivated and always looking for ways to improve processes, performance and the customer experience.
