Full Job Description
This role is ideal for an ecologist with 2-3 years' professional experience who is looking to build on their existing skills and take the next step in their consultancy career. You'll work closely with Senior and Principal Ecologists, supporting the delivery of projects while gaining increasing responsibility. As an Ecological Consultant at ADAS, you will play a key role in delivering field surveys, preparing technical reports, and supporting project management across a diverse portfolio, including infrastructure and development projects.,
- Preparing and contributing to technical reports, such as PEAs, EcIAs and species-specific surveys
- Supporting the coordination and delivery of projects, ensuring work is completed to programme and budget
- Liaising with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders under the guidance of senior staff
- Ensuring compliance with wildlife legislation, policy, and best practice guidance
