eBusiness Executive

Experteer Overview In this role, you will respond to email and support queries for Softcat's eBusiness team, diagnose issues, and implement configurations for users. You will assist both internal and external customers with the eBusiness platform and help with basic internal training. You work closely with the eBusiness Specialists and wider team to ensure timely resolutions and smooth platform use. The role supports a collaborative, values-driven culture within a growing internal technology function.
