Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Eating Disorders Consultant to join our dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in providing specialized care for individuals struggling with eating disorders. In this position, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop tailored treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will help clients navigate their recovery journeys, while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including therapists, dietitians, and medical professionals, to ensure holistic and integrated care. You will also engage in regular consultations, offer support to families, and facilitate group therapy sessions to foster a supportive community environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a master's or doctoral degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field, with a minimum of three years of experience specifically in the treatment of eating disorders. A valid license to practice in your respective field is essential, and specialized training in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship are crucial for success in this role. In return, we offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional development, including access to ongoing training and workshops. Join us in making a meaningful impact in the lives of those we serve, and help foster a culture of recovery, resilience, and hope.
