Early Years Teaching Assistant

This role is ideal for a candidate with a passion for supporting young children in the early stages of their education and helping to create a positive, engaging, and nurturing learning environment.

The Role

- Supporting children within Nursery and/or Reception classes

- Assisting with learning through play and child-led activities

- Supporting children's social, emotional, and educational development

- Working with individuals and small groups to promote early learning skills

- Encouraging language, communication, literacy, and numeracy development

- Helping to maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

- Supporting with observations and assessment activities where required

We are currently working with a welcoming and supportive primary school in Knowsley that is looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team on a full-time, long-term basis.
