Full Job Description

Garden House School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and nurturing environment, helping our youngest learners make a strong start to their education.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about early childhood development and committed to supporting high-quality teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

You will work closely with the class teacher to support children's learning, development and wellbeing. This will include working with individuals and small groups, supporting routines and transitions, and helping to create and engaging and inclusive classroom environment.

Ideally, candidates should have a minimum Level 3 CACHE Diploma (or equivalent qualification) in Early Years/Childcare and experience of working within an EYFS setting.

We will be considering candidates who are available on a full-time basis starting from the new academic year in September 2026.
