Early Years Stronger Practice Advisers - Programme Lead

This role is part time, working 18.5 hours per week, full year and fixed term to March 2028. Job share opportunities would be considered. Through our Tyneside Early Years Hub, we are seeking a dedicated Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor (EYSPA) Programme Lead to oversee the delivery of our DfE-funded Early Years Stronger Practice Advisor Programme across our regional hub area. As the EYSPA Programme Lead for the Tyneside Early Years Hub, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, well-coordinated support to early years settings. You will oversee the programme life cycle end-to-end-from recruitment, onboarding, and matching advisers with settings to monitoring progress, quality assurance, financial administration, and reporting directly to the Department for Education (DfE).
