Qualified Status: Must hold a "Full & Relevant" Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, EYE). Note: Health & Social Care or Teaching Assistant qualifications do not satisfy statutory nursery ratio requirements.

Unqualified Status: Applicants without childcare-specific qualifications must demonstrate a minimum of 3 months of recent, verifiable experience in a private nursery environment.

2025 Statutory Standard: All ratio-counted practitioners must possess a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate or show immediate willingness to undergo the training.

Premium Remuneration: Competitive hourly pay from £12.75 up to £13.50, paid weekly every Friday.
