Full Job Description
Introduction
Bumbles Nursery are a family run business with settings based in Sefton and Liverpool. They strive for the best quality of care and education, so were extremely excited to learn that during their last inspection they were awarded Outstanding by Ofsted! As an early years apprentice you will support children's learning through play and activities.
About the Employer
Here at Bumbles we have a shared vision that all children should be able to follow their dreams. With this at the heart of everything we do we feel passionately about providing an environment where children feel safe and happy. When a child is safe and happy, they can grow in confidence enabling them to actively engage with their peers and the activities around them. By having successful relationships with their peers, children then share experiences and different ideas between each other. They learn about friendships and how to negotiate with others. What You'll Do
Bumbles Nursery's aim is to support children in all aspects of learning so that when they leave for the next chapter in their journey of life, they are confident around their peers, able to socialise and therefore adapt comfortably into their next setting.
They are looking for a motivated level 2 apprentice to work with the experienced team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Carry out basic care duties
- Ensure safeguarding and health and safety standards are maintained
- Carry out observations/planning in accordance with EYFS
