Introduction

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and proactive individual to join our team working primarily within the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will be working in our 3YO nursery alongside a professional and experienced team, learning a range of skills to develop a career working in an Early Year’s setting.

What You'll Do

You will be trained to a high standard in all duties required of you involving keeping the children safe and enhancing their learning and play.

This will include:

  • Ensuring safety of children at all times
  • Supervising outdoor play
  • Supervising snacks and lunch
  • Supporting development through play
  • Carry out activities with the children
  • Preparing and feeding children
  • Keeping the nursery clean
  • Contribute to a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment
  • Assist children with SEND and SEMH needs, ensuring inclusive and nurturing support.
  • To attend additional  mandatory training to help with the role and on-going CPD
  • Promoting a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment by following safeguarding procedures
  • You will be supported throughout your training

  • On successful completion of your Apprenticeship you may be offered a permanent contract

Working Arrangements
