Full Job Description

Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS principles
Support children's learning through play, exploration and daily routines
Identify and maximise learning opportunities in everyday moments
Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high-quality environment
Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all children is always prioritised

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel supported, valued and motivated to learn., We are looking for someone passionate, caring and committed to early years development.
A genuine passion for child development and early years care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents and children
High levels of empathy, patience and professionalism
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
Experience working within Early Years across different age groups

Hours: Full Time & Part Time roles available (Monday-Friday)
Competitive salary up to £29,670 (DOE)
