Full Job Description

  • Deliver high-quality early years care and education in line with EYFS principles
  • Support children's learning through play, exploration and daily routines
  • Identify and maximise learning opportunities in everyday moments
  • Build strong, positive relationships with children and their families
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high-quality environment
  • Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all children is always prioritised

    As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring environment where children feel supported, valued and motivated to learn., We are looking for someone passionate, caring and committed to early years development.
  • You will have:
  • A genuine passion for child development and early years care
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills with colleagues, parents and children
  • High levels of empathy, patience and professionalism
  • Good understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Must Haves
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Experience working within Early Years across different age groups

    Hours: Full Time & Part Time roles available (Monday-Friday)
  • Salary: Up to £29,670 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience) Benefits: £500 welcome bonus, performance-related bonus, 50% childcare discount, wellness day, enhanced holidays, paid sick pay, and a full wellbeing & development package,
