Salary : Scale 4, point 7 £26,403 (pro rata per year £22,671)
Contract Details : Permanent, full time, term time only
We are looking to appoint a permanent Early Years Practitioner to work full time supporting
our Nursery aged children. Currently we take children from the age of three.
With a committed and friendly staff team, this position offers a rare and exciting opportunityfor a highly motivated early years practitioner to continue developing their skills as anexcellent supporter of early learning.
We are looking for someone who:
- believes in our school motto: "Work Hard - Be Kind" and is able to embed this mantra into their everyday practice, embodying an ethos of excellence in everything they do.
- has a proven track record of, or the potential to develop, consistently great practice with young learners.
- has a truly child-centred approach that young children automatically trust and are attracted to.
- can naturally and confidently steer children's play towards great achievement.
- has a desire to continue their own learning and development.
- loves early years education and the rewards of working with young children.
