Full Job Description

  • A supernumerary Nursery Manager who is available to support staff and children
  • A Deputy who works across the setting, providing support and break cover
  • Additional staff available during the busiest parts of the day
  • A structure that ensures you are not left isolated in a room
  • This allows our Level 3 practitioners to focus on what matters most, As a Level 3 practitioner, you will:
  • Take a key role within a room, supporting high-quality teaching and care
  • Contribute to planning, assessment and curriculum delivery
  • Support and guide less experienced staff where appropriate
  • Build strong relationships with children and families
  • Maintain high standards of safeguarding, care and learning
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school
  • There is scope within this role for room leadership responsibilities for the right candidate.

    We are seeking skilled and experienced Level 3 Early Years Practitioners to join our exceptional Little Prep team at Weston Green School. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in their practice and ready to take on responsibility within a room, while being supported by a strong leadership structure and a collaborative team. We are open to flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours and compressed working patterns., We are looking for someone who:
  • Holds a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
  • Has strong experience in an Early Years setting
  • Demonstrates confident, high-quality practice
  • Has a secure understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Is reflective, proactive and committed to continuous improvement
  • Works well as part of a team and can support others
  • Brings energy, warmth and professionalism to the role
