Grace Darling Primary School has an exciting opportunity for an Early Years Practitioner to play a key role in the success of the current early years team and support the development of our children. Main Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development through purposeful play and planned activities.
- Create a stimulating and inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued, and confident to explore.
- Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality care and learning.
- Promote positive behaviour and support children in developing independence and resilience.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, following safeguarding procedures and health & safety guidelines.
