Early Years Nursery Practitioner / Nursery Nurse Level 3

About the role:
1. Plan and implement a curriculum in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
2. Create a stimulating and safe environment for children to explore, learn, and develop
3. Provide high-quality care and support for children's physical, emotional, and educational needs
4. Build positive relationships with children and their families, promoting effective communication and partnership working
5. Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual learning plans
6. Ensure compliance with nursery policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
7. Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and continuous professional development opportunities

Requirements:
1. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
2. Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
3. Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Passionate about providing high-quality care and education for young children
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
7. DBS check and right to work in the UK
