We are seeking a dedicated Lecturer in Early Years with a passion for inspiring students and developing their expertise in early childhood education. Your role will involve designing engaging lessons, setting clear and achievable learning objectives, tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback, and creating an inclusive, supportive classroom environment that encourages hands-on learning and professional growth.

Skills & Experience
- The ideal candidate must have the following;
- A recognised Level 3 teaching qualification or subject specialism in Early Years.
- Experience of teaching Early Years effectively in a further education college or significant experience within the sector.
- Willingness to work flexibly to deliver a student focused curriculum (including working up to two evenings a week).
- Commitment to an inclusive education.
This role is offered on a Permanent and Part-time (18 hours a week) basis.
Closing Date: Monday 30th June 2025, at 11.59pm.
Salary: £31,872 - £46,380 (pro rata) per annum, including London Weighting
