About the RoleAs an EYITT Trainee, you will: Support children's learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote children's progress Observe, assess, and monitor children's development Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues Promote children's language, literacy, mathematical, and social development Support inclusive practice to ensure every child can thrive Contribute to learning journals, assessments, and reports Work alongside experienced Early Years professionals to develop your teaching practice Support safeguarding, wellbeing, and child development outcomesAbout the EYITT ProgrammeThe 12-month EYITT programme, delivered by Best Practice Network, combines workplace learning with specialist teacher training.The programme includes: Achievement of Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) Monthly training days with Best Practice Network Dedicated support from an experienced tutor and mentor
