Early Years Educator

At Magic Roundabout Nurseries, we hire educators - not just practitioners. We're looking for a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator who takes pride in their craft, leads confidently in the room, and wants a setting that genuinely invests in their growth. Based at our Lenton nursery, this is a role for someone who's ready to step up.

A Level 3 Early Years Educator (EYE) qualification or above - this is a firm requirement

At least 2 years' hands-on experience in an early years or EYFS setting

Confident knowledge of the EYFS framework, including observations and assessments

The ability to communicate clearly with children, families, and colleagues

The right to work in the UK, Do you hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or above?

Do you have at least 2 years' experience working in a childcare or early years setting?

Do you have the right to work in the UK?

Design and deliver play-based learning experiences rooted in the EYFS

Mentor and guide junior staff in your room, sharing your knowledge and approach

Build warm, consistent relationships with children and their families

Track and document children's progress, flagging concerns early

Maintain safeguarding, welfare, and health and safety standards at all times

Cover room leadership when needed
