Early Years Educator

We are looking for kind, caring and passionate individuals to join our lovely nursery team. We are an independent nursery, that offers a high quality service to our families, and support and mentoring to all our staff members. This is a full time role is 40hrs per week, across Monday to Friday, Working in our older toddler room - 2.5yrs-3.5yrs, alongside three other members of staff, and no more than 16 children in total. We work to a 1:4 ratio with this age group and NOT 1:5. Supporting the children with their learning and development through observations, planning and assessments. Attending to the children's care,rest and toileting needs. Liaising with parents and carers. Accurate record keeping and adhering to all policies and procedures.

Qualified with level 2 or above with a full and recognised Early Years qualification. We will consider an unqualified candidate, but such candidates must have experience of working within the Early Years or Education sector Personal qualities: Kind, smiley and caring. A strong passion for providing high quality childcare. Good communication skills and confidence to approach parents and carers. Work well as a team, and professional conduct at all times.
