Little Trees Christ Church are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our friendly and supportive team. Full-time / Part-time positions available.

About the Role

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in supporting children's development through engaging activities and high-quality care. Working alongside an experienced team, you will help create a positive learning environment where every child can flourish.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 years


• Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)


• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues


• Support children's learning, development and wellbeing


• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment


• Contribute to observations, assessments and learning journeys

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (or working towards)


• A genuine passion for working with young children


• A positive, caring and team-focused approach


• Good communication and organisational skills


• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
