Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a Compliance Officer to ensure all franchise nurseries in the UK meet regulatory standards, safeguarding requirements, and internal quality benchmarks. The role involves regular visits, managing self-audit processes, and supporting centres to maintain inspection readiness.

This field-based role requires travel across the UK with hybrid working options, including home-based work and occasional visits to our Warwick Franchise Support Office.
