What You'll Be Doing
As the Assistant Manager, you will:
Lead and support the day-to-day operations of the nursery
Inspire, motivate and develop a high-performing team
Ensure excellent standards of care, education and safeguarding
Maintain compliance with EYFS, Ofsted and statutory requirements
Support occupancy growth, resource management and budget planning
Build strong partnerships with children, families and the local community
Lead staff supervision, coaching and professional development
Drive continuous improvement and quality across the setting
We're seeking a confident and passionate early years professional who can lead by example and bring out the best in others.
Essential Requirements
At least be qualified to Level 3 in Early Years or Childcare
Experience in a leadership or supervisory role within an early years setting
Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, organisational and people management skills
A proactive, approachable and supportive leadership style
Passion for delivering outstanding care and education
